“I have been with Unova for 5 months moved from a a much larger organization. The move did not only change the type of work I do, but also the way I do it, as well as the timescales. Being in a large firm, with big multi million projects to work on, the process of design all the way to Construction can be slow, and takes time to actually see the finished buildings.
